The Readystead service is offered at readystead.si and may also be offered at survivalnation.si. Both hostnames, if connected, show the same Readystead service.
The service
Readystead is an aggregated shopping assistant. It helps you find preparedness and outdoor goods and links you to independent retailers. We do not sell goods, take payment, ship products, hold stock, manage returns, or fulfill orders. Prices, shipping, returns, warranties, and product details are set by each seller. No purchase contract is made with Readystead. Checkout happens on the seller’s site.
We are not Survival Nation
Readystead is an independent shopping concierge. We link to retailers including Survival Nation (survivalnation.com) and others. We are not Survival Nation, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Survival Nation or any other retailer we link to. Survival Nation’s official website is https://survivalnation.com/. Seller names and product names identify those sellers and goods; we do not claim their ownership or endorsement.
How matching works
This first version matches your choices against a curated local catalog using fixed rules in your browser. It does not call a live language model, browse live deals on demand, or fetch a fresh price at the moment you build a plan. The words “superintelligence” and “superintelligently” describe our shopping-concierge positioning and ambition, not autonomous expertise or professional advice. Readystead is not affiliated with xAI or any model provider.
Budget allowances use disclosed category weights. A mix-and-match list is a Readystead grouping of other stores’ products, not a packaged bundle we sell and not a single checkout. Seller kits are compared by selected categories covered, then by checked price. We do not claim that a kit is the most complete in the market.
Prices, variants, and quality
Listed USD prices were checked November 6, 2026 against the seller’s public product page or public catalog for the named variant. They may change, be out of date, differ at checkout, require a different variant, or be unavailable. Tax, shipping, installation, accessories, subscriptions, and extra quantities are not included. Confirm the final price and stock with the seller. A working link is not an inventory check or a review of the seller.
“Lowest upfront” means the lowest checked price among eligible items in our limited catalog, not the entire market. “Higher-spec” or “quality shortlist” is an editorial, feature-based suggestion, not an independently tested ranking. There are no invented ratings or reviews. Extra “Shop at” buttons open a retailer’s public search using the product name. Those searches are another place to look, not verified same-item matches or checked prices.
No household-coverage guarantee
Product names that mention “month,” “days,” or “servings” identify the seller’s product. They are not a promise that the product will meet your household’s needs. We may ask how many people are in the household and how long you want to plan for, but we do not calculate or certify food or water coverage. If a calorie figure appears, it comes from the seller and is not verified nutritional advice. Check calories, ingredients, allergies, storage, shelf life, expiry dates, and how the product is prepared.
Water filters are not the same as stored water or universal purification. Battery watt-hours are not the same as output watts; charging and appliance startup loads matter. We do not design or certify whole-house electrical systems. Ask the seller and, where needed, a qualified installer. Never use fuel-burning equipment indoors. We do not promise survival, EMP protection, safety outcomes, or treatment of any medical condition.
Scope and advice
This site is not medical, nutritional, emergency-management, legal, or professional installation advice. Follow official local guidance and each product’s instructions. This first version may include links to knives and to conventional firearms sold by independent retailers. It does not include ammunition, machineguns, short-barreled rifles or shotguns, silencers, destructive devices, undetectable firearms, privately made firearm kits, or prescription or health products. There are no accounts, payments, uploads, or customer photo tools on this first version.
Images on this site are original generated pictures we publish, not seller photography and not photographs of our customers or of anyone who uses this site. Lifestyle images, including on the home page and in category or storefront areas, show people using preparedness skills. They are not photographs of a named product. Product-card images are original generated pictures of the kind and form of the listed item (for example, a food bucket, a boxed kit, a straw-style filter, or a tent). They are not photographs of the named product or brand, not official seller or product photography, and not a picture of the exact item you would receive from the retailer. Images are created without brand names, logos, or wordmarks, and without copying a seller’s distinctive packaging or trade dress. They are not an endorsement of any retailer, product, or vehicle brand.
Firearms, knives, and other weapons
Readystead does not sell, ship, transfer, or broker firearms or other weapons, and it is not a licensed firearms dealer. No purchase contract for a firearm or other weapon is made with Readystead. If you follow a link, checkout happens on the retailer’s site.
You must be legally allowed to buy and possess any item you consider, under federal, state, and local law where you live and where the transfer would take place. Licensed sellers generally have to confirm your age and run a background check. Under federal law, licensed dealers generally may not sell a rifle or shotgun to anyone they know or have reasonable cause to believe is under 18, or a handgun to anyone they know or have reasonable cause to believe is under 21. Some items, sellers, or places require you to be 21 or older, and some firearms or features are restricted or prohibited where you live. Readystead does not confirm your age or eligibility and does not promise that any item is legal for you to buy or possess.
An online firearm order typically is not shipped to a home the way other goods are. The retailer or a licensed dealer they work with usually handles any required background check and transfer. Confirm that process with the seller before you order.
This site is not legal advice, self-defense advice, or firearms-training advice. Selecting a defense or weapons preference does not mean we are telling you to use force or that a product will protect you. Follow the law, official local guidance, and the seller’s and manufacturer’s safety instructions.

In this first version, outbound product links are ordinary links and are not monetized. We do not add affiliate tracking, and we do not claim a commission. Acceptable use
Do not abuse rate limits, attempt to extract API keys, scrape in a way that harms the service, or use the site for unlawful content.
Limitation of liability
The sites are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for purchases you make on third-party sites. Our total liability for any claim relating to the sites is limited to US $50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
